From Scaups to Flamingo

Today was a nice, cold and clear day, so we headed first to Valle Cavanata, then in the afternoon to Isola della Cona.
Valle Cavanata produced: Black-throated Diver (flying), FLAMINGO (1x in the inner lagoon), Red-breasted Merganser (on the sea), Hen Harrier (female), Penduline Tit (at least 2x males). In the freshwater basin there was a large flock of ducks including: Pochard (many-hundread maybe), Tufted Duck (some males and females), GREATER SCAUP (at least 3x males), SMEW (1x female).
